What the purchase includes

The planned price is $9 USD, paid once, with no subscription. Checkout is currently unavailable. When enabled, the checkout page will show the amount payable and any applicable tax before payment. The product includes the browser log and a self-contained offline HTML file for your household’s use. Share your own printed records and exports with caregivers and veterinary staff. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the software.

Delivery is by a browser link following checkout. Save the delivery link and download the offline file. The static delivery URL is not authenticated access; anyone with the link can open the empty tool. There is no account, cloud backup, automatic sync or promised emailed download.

Administrative use only

You enter and check all observations. The tool does not diagnose, measure hydration, provide treatment, detect illness or give permission to delay care. Never postpone veterinary contact to complete a record. A bowl refill is not a measurement of water consumed, and a shared litter box does not identify a cat.

Dates and times are recorded as supplied, including unknowns. Time zones are context notes, not verified conversions. Check a handoff before sharing. Browser storage and exported files are your responsibility; we cannot recover local data.

30-day refund

For a refund of the product price, contact hello@moneyyoureowed.com within 30 days of purchase. Include the order reference or purchase email address so support can locate the payment. No veterinary or household information is required. This is the shared Money You're Owed support address for The Calm Tail.

The refund promise covers this product’s price, not veterinary bills, device costs or other expenses. Your statutory consumer rights are not restricted by these terms. We do not guarantee a clinical outcome or promise compatibility with every browser. No response-time promise is made.
