Vet Quote Decoder is designed to keep estimate entries in your browser.

Inside the tool

Pet names, clinic names, dates, estimate lines, and amounts are processed locally in the page. The tool does not send those entries to The Calm Tail, store them in a database, or use analytics scripts. JSON export and the offline-app copy are created on your device.

Website and payment services

Cloudflare may process ordinary web-request data such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Stripe processes checkout, payment, receipt, and fraud-prevention data under Stripe’s privacy policy. Do not enter medical records into Stripe checkout.

If you contact [email protected], the message and reply details are used only to answer the request and administer a refund when applicable. Do not send veterinary records or other sensitive information.
